As President of the Corporate Realty companies, Robert Simon provides leadership while focusing on quality and service innovation. Robert’s years of experience in real estate leasing and development provide the unique understanding of market conditions and trends that allow for the maximum results in strategizing and negotiating for clients.

During his commercial real estate career, Robert has continued to be a top producer. He has successfully represented local and national companies throughout the southeastern United States.

Robert is originally from Chicago, Illinois and has lived in Birmingham for more than 30 years. Robert’s involvement and support of the city has led to numerous appointments including Board Member for Operation New Birmingham and Board Member for City Action Partnership. His Real Estate experience has led to honors including Lifetime Membership of the Birmingham Association of Realtors Million Dollar Sales Club, NAIOP’s Office Broker of the Year and Office Development of the Year in 2007, as well as candidacy for his CCIM Designation. Robert has continuously contributed more than time to organizations city-wide including United Cerebral Palsey, Red Cross of Alabama, the Women’s Fund, Operation New Birmingham, and the Community Foundation’s Three Parks Initiative.
