Michael Hughes specializes in tenant representation, site selection, acquisitions, dispositions, consulting, and transaction analysis for local, regional and national clients.
Prior to his career in real estate, he gained 14 years of experience in sales and marketing for specialized building products for commercial and residential construction. With his understanding of the complexities of commercial real estate combined with his experience in the construction industry, Michael is uniquely qualified to assist our clients in project development from project feasibility to design and construction consulting.
Michael received a B.S. in Business Management from Auburn University. He currently holds candidate status for Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
