Meredith Ray Calhoun serves as Vice President, Corporate Oversight for the Corporate Realty companies.  In addition to managing production within the Corporate Realty Associates portfolio, Meredith is fundamental in the day to day operations of the Corporate Realty companies.  Additionally, her experience and success in all areas of real estate transactions and her knowledge of the Birmingham market allow her to be effective in representing business owners as investors, tenants, buyers and sellers.

Meredith is originally from Birmingham, and graduated from the University of Georgia.  She is a CCIM designee, and has gained recognition from the Birmingham chapter of NAIOP as the 2009 Developing Leader.  Meredith has been honored as a member of the 2008 class of Leadership UAB, serves as President of the Alys Stephens Center Junior Patrons, is a member of the UAB School of Nursing Junior Board of Visitors and serves on the Board of the Children's Aid Society.
