Strategic Oversight
Loyce brings many years of experience in the areas of Real Estate, Property Development, Planning and Airport Development. During his tenure as the Manager of Properties & Facilities with the Federal Express Corporation, Loyce successfully developed facilities throughout the east, southeast and southwest United States.
In addition to his experience with Federal Express, Loyce’s career has included services as a practicing Architect with the firm Wiseman, Bland, Foster & O’Brian Architects, Manager of Design & Engineering with the Trammell - Crow Companies, and Director of Planning & Development with the Birmingham Airport Authority.
Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Loyce has lived in the Birmingham area for 22 years. He is a member of the 1993 class of Leadership Birmingham. As a supportive member of the Birmingham community, Loyce has held officer positions, been active in and served as a part of a number of civic organizations including the Boards of Directors for the Birmingham East Kiwanis, Metropolitan YMCA, Magic City Art Connection, Travelers Aid Society, and the Village Creek Society. Loyce is a life-long Commissioned member of the Honorable Order of the Kentucky Colonel Society, and continues to be an active member of the American Association of Airport Executives.
