Greg Shubert

Greg C. Shubert brings over 30 years of successful experience maintaining and operating commercial properties. As Director of Operations for CRM, he oversees services for over 700,000 square ft. of retail bank branches, and multi-tenant buildings. With solid experience in mechanical systems and construction methods, Mr. Shubert also offers a variety of additional skills including budget development and oversight, project management, contract administration, and preventive maintenance programs, as well as developing and implementing business continuation plans, energy efficiency programs and analysis, and vendor management. His previous experience includes working in the HVAC service industry, and building maintenance industry. Mr. Shubert is an active member of IREM and a CPM Candidate. Mr. Shubert earned a Diploma in Heating, Air Conditioning, Design, and Service from Bevil State Community College, Certification by the Alabama State Board of HVAC Contractors, and Master Gas Fitters Certification from the Alabama Plumbers and Gas Fitters Board.  Currently volunteers and participates in Habitat for Humanity projects. Also volunteered and participated as a Scout Leader for many years.
