              U.S. Department of the Treasury

 

This development project leased to the GSA for the U.S. Department of Treasury will be an 86,000 square foot office building located in downtown Birmingham adjacent to the current Social Security Administration building. The building will be highly efficient LEED certified and designed specifically for the U.S. Dept. of Treasury's operations. Two major interstates, I-59 and I-65, are in close proximity to the building which is also located within one-half mile of many downtown amenities including restaurants, banks, and consumer services.

              Cardiovascular Associates

 

Currently in progress, this build-to-suit project for Cardiovascular Associates (CVA) is a 74,000 sf medical office building located at the Colonnade. This prime location is at the corner of Hwy 280 and I-459 and is also minutes from the proposed new Trinity Hospital. The consolidated office for CVA will be a state of the art facility specifically suited for CVA’s needs and for future growth.
