As Managing Director, Rich Campbell has oveersight of and is responsible for all brokerage activities of the company including investment sales, major tenant representation assignments, landlord representation assignments, and the coordination and successful completion of existing assignments. He concentrates on developing new business and providing high quality client services as a "producing manager".

Prior to his work with Corporate Realty, Rich worked with Birmingham-based Bayer Properties in the Brokerage Division and prior to that served as a Director of TSC Realty Services in Washington, DC.

Rich holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Auburn University and is a CCIM designee.  His civic involvement includes serving as the President for the Commercial Real Estate Club of Birmingham, the Government Affairs Committee for the Birmingham Chamber of Commerce, President of The Phoenix Club of Birmingham, board member of The Boys & Girls Club of Central Alabama, and the Birmingham Young Real Estate Professionals. Rich also works for the Pastoral Care office of St. Vincent's Hospital and is an active member of Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church.
