Greg Shubert brings more than 27 years of successful experience maintaining and operating commercial properties to his position at Corporate Realty Management. As Director of Operations, he oversees services for more than 616,000 square feet of retail bank branches and multi-tenant buildings.
With solid experience in mechanical systems and construction methods, Greg also offers a variety of additional skills including budgeting, project management, contract administration, and preventative maintenance programs. His previous experience includes working in the HVAC service industry, and building maintenance industry.
Greg is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and a Certified Property Manager (CPM) candidate. He has earned his Diploma in Heating, Air Conditioning, Design and Service from Bevil State Community College, Certification by the Alabama State Board of HVAC Contractors, and Master Gas Fitters Certification from the Alabama Plumbers and Gas Fitters Board.
