Geoffrey Golden

Geoff is a general partner and co-founder of Corporate Realty Development. His primary focus is financial forecasting, cost analysis and deal structure of projects undertaken by the firm. With a wide range of real estate experience, Geoff has completed over $50 million in multifamily and office redevelopment projects in the Birmingham area.

Geoff also serves as president and managing member of Golden & Associates Construction, LLC. Since its inception in 1997, Geoff has led the company to revenues of over $15 million annually with 50 employees. Golden & Associates has completed several award-winning projects including the Hugh Kaul Children's Zoo and Houston Cole Library. Golden & Associates has twice (2002 and 2003) been recognized as General Contractor of the year by the American Subcontractors Association. In 2001, Golden & Associates was recognized as one the fastest growing companies in Birmingham.

Geoff is a 1987 graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Science. He is a licensed realtor in the state of Alabama, and he currently serves on the Associated Builders and Contractors General Contractor Subcontractor Committee.
