Barbara Bushnell brings almost 30 years of experience to her position as Executive Vice President Corporate Services & Client Development at Corporate Realty Associates, Inc. She is recognized as a specialist in the Birmingham office market and leverages relationships of a lifetime in the industry for Client Development.
Consistently a market leader in office lease transactions, Barbara has extensive experience in Class A office development and property management. Throughout her career, she has worked on almost every Class A office building in the Birmingham market.
In addition to her role at Corporate Realty, Barbara was elected to the National Board of Directors of CCIM and serves as Chairman of the Education Committee for the Alabama Chapter of CCIM. She is a past President of the Board of Directors for the Alabama Chapter as well. National exposure as a CCIM instructor and the knowledge needed for that role allow her to provide assistance to the savviest corporate clients.
Barbara also holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation issued by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) and the Birmingham Chapter of the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).
